Thank you to everyone who came along to Presidents’ Day at the weekend. The sun was shining (for a change), and it was a glorious day. We ran a four-ball scramble over nine holes. The winning team was Frankie Eccleston, Len Horrocks, Paul Marshall and Elaine Woolham, who came in with a gross score of two under par.
Duncan Brown and Paul Marshall won the two nearest the pin awards.
A big thank you to our sponsors who provided the prizes: The Talbot Arms, The Black Horse, Bar13, Bentham Golf Club and the Knight’s Table
And of course, the biggest thank you to the main sponsor for the day, Dick Walker, our President.
